Our group is one of the largest multi-specialty group practices in rural Illinois.
We are located two hours west of Chicago, midway between Rockford and the
Quad-Cities. Our group has served northern Illinois for the past 57 years and is
the primary provider of care in our area. We have a large base of primary care
physicians as well as a broad spectrum of sub-specialty physicians. In addition,
we have a modern facility located next to (and just recently connected to)
CGH Medical Center. Your time will be spent in patient care; not driving to and
from hospitals.
