DIRECTIONS

When you arrive at the Dixon Clinic, simply park in the parking lot on East First Street, across the street from the Commerce Towers building. Enter the Commerce Towers building, take the elevator up to the second floor, and then walk a few steps to Suite 214.

From the WEST
• Take Route 26 (Galena Ave.) South across the Rock River
• At 1st intersection (River St.) turn left (East)
• Go 2 blocks
• Turn right (South) onto Crawford Ave.
• Go one block to East 1st St.
• Our clinic is located in the Commerce Towers building next to KSB Hospital
• Enter through the entrance on East 1st St., take the elevator to the 2nd floor, Suite 214

From the EAST
• Take Route 2 (River Road) going West to Crawford Ave., turn right
• Go 1 block
• Our clinic is located in the Commerce Towers building next to KSB Hospital.
• Enter through the entrance on East 1st St., take the elevator to the 2nd floor, Suite 214

From the NORTH
• Take Route 26 into Dixon (Galena Ave) South over the Rock River
• At 1st intersection (River St) turn left (East)
• Go 2 blocks
• Turn right (South) onto Crawford Ave.
• Go 1 block to East 1st St.

• Enter through the entrance on East 1st St., take the elevator to the second floor, Suite 214

From the SOUTH
• Take Route 26 (Galena Ave) North into Dixon
• Go thru 2 traffic lights, going North on Galena Ave
• At 3rd light, intersection of Route 2, turn right (East)
• Go 2 blocks to Crawford Ave
• Turn left (North), go 1 block
