ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS ASSISTANT

Exciting entry level position for an individual seeking a challenging job opportunity. Position will include assisting the EMR Coordinator with development, implementation and maintenance of a computerized medical records database. Qualified candidates should have background in PC applications such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports. Associates Degree/Certificate or equivalent work experience in a computer related field is preferred.

RECEPTIONIST-VISION CENTER

Full-time Receptionist to work with physicians and nursing staff in our Sterling facility. Position would require individual to work 40 hours per week. Duties include computer appointment scheduling, answering phones and general office assistance. Successful candidates must have strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Computer experience and medical terminology is a preferred.

RN-INFECTIOUS DISEASE

Part time opening for a RN to work with physician and staff in clinical setting in the Infectious Disease Department located in our Rehab facility. Duties include phone triage, general office nursing, administering IV's, and prescribed medications/treatments. Prior experience in a clinic and/or hospital setting preferred. Qualified applicants must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Current license required.

LPN-ROCK FALLS FAMILY PRACTICE (DR. LYMAN)

Full time opening for an LPN to work with physician and staff in a clinical setting at our Rock Falls facility. Duties include phone triage, patient education, and general office nursing. Prior experience in a clinic and/or hospital setting preferred. Qualified applicants must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Current License required.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT-DIXON INTERNAL MEDICINE/PEDIATRICS

Opportunity for a Medical Assistant to work with physicians and staff in our Dixon Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Departments. Duties include prepare patients for examination and treatment, prepare exam rooms and instruments for examination and testing. One year of work experience in a clinic setting is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be willing to work as a team member.

LPN-DIXON INTERNAL MEDICINE/PEDS

Opportunity for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work with physician and staff in our Internal Medicine/Peds Department in Dixon. Duties include phone triage, general office nursing and assisting with minor office procedures. Minimum of 1-2 years office/hospital nursing experience preferred. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be willing to work as a team member and work a flexible schedule.

COFFEE SHOP EMPLOYEE

Part time opening for our coffee shop. Be able to prepare coffee and other beverages for customers, in addition to serving various food items 2-3 days a week. Greeting patrons in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. Capable of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Involves frequent contact with physicians, employees and patients. Previous coffee shop and customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
