We treat a wide variety of patients at the Locust Street Complex. Our
highly trained staff can assist patients of all ages. Office
hours are 7 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. A physician's
referral is necessary.
We have been told that we have the largest therapy gym in the
area which includes 12 weight lifting machines (Trotter), stair
climbers, 3 treadmills, versa climber, stationery bikes, LIDO
machines, a work conditioning room, a hydrotherapy room and
more.
Our licensed and experienced staff of five includes:
Jeff Dyke, Director, PT, with 22 years experience in outpatient care including sports
injuries and work related injuries.
Pam Sharp, PT, with
training in vestibular and balance disorders as well as 14 years
experience in orthopedic and neurological outpatients.
Julie Zuidema, MS, PT, with 13 years in general outpatient care.
Susan Shetter, PT Assistant, with 15 years experience in orthopedic and
neurological care.
Linda Hartz, PT, has
been focusing in pediatrics for 16 years.
