School Physicals

School Physicals are necessary for all school age children entering kindergarten, 5th grade and High School. Immunization records are required when coming for your child's physical. Please bring the records with you. The doctor will do a cholesterol screening along with pertinent lab work that would reveal any problems.

Sport Physicals are also required by schools before entering in any sports participation. Our doctors will do a complete sports physical for your child making sure that he/she is ready to participate.
