The Sterling Rock Falls Clinical Laboratories include the
Sterling Rock Falls Clinic Laboratory, The Dixon Clinic
Laboratory, The Morrison Clinic Laboratory, and The Rock Falls
Clinic Laboratory.
Testing is performed in Allergen Testing, Clinical
Chemistry/Special Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology,
Immunology/Serology, Microbiology/Virology, and Urinalysis. These
clinical areas are supported by a comprehensive Laboratory
Information System (LIS) which provides sophisticated data
handling capabilities and links the LIS to the clinic's
information system.
All of the clinic's laboratories have full licensure by
the Illinois Department of Public Health, are accredited by COLA,
a national healthcare accreditation organization, and operate in
strict compliance with CLIA '88 federal regulations. All
laboratories participate in extensive quality assurance
proficiency testing survey programs provided through the College
of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Proficiency
Institute (API).
The Sterling Rock Falls Clinic Laboratory
Located in the clinic's main building in Sterling, the
laboratory performs more than 500,000 analyses annually and is
the flagship laboratory for the clinic.
The lab is open to patients from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday
- Friday and from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The Dixon Clinic Laboratory
Located in The Dixon Clinic at 1321 N Galena Ave, the laboratory performs
testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, and Urinalysis.
The lab is open to patients from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
- Friday.
The Morrison Clinic Laboratory
Located in The Morrison Clinic at 105 South Heaton St, the laboratory
performs testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, and Urinalysis.
The lab is open to patients from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
- Friday.
